Materiality

We conduct a materiality analysis once every two or three years to optimise the policy. The issues that internal and external stakeholders consider most relevant and which are essential to implementing the strategy are included in the CSR policy. In 2014 we conducted an extensive materiality analysis, entirely in accordance with the G4 guidelines.

In 2013 it transpired that the aspects ‘good employer’, ‘anti-corruption’ and ‘customer data privacy’ should be better integrated in the non-financial management framework. This has been done. This year, the topics that we considered to be of strategic importance were given the same priority by our stakeholders. We therefore see no reason to change the policy, however, some indicators have been added. You can read more about this in the Reporting principles section.
